  • Amazon Information: Order details, customer shipping addresses (PII only as required for shipping fulfillment), inventory data, product listings, and performance reports obtained securely via Amazon’s MWS / SP-API.
  • Operational Data: Information related to transactions, integrations, error reports, and service performance to improve our services.


2. How We Use the Information

We use the information solely for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our inventory and order management services.
  • To fulfill contractual obligations to sellers, including enabling fulfillment through self-ship and logistics providers.
  • To ensure accurate stock management and order processing across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon.
  • To communicate with sellers regarding account management, support, and updates.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use Amazon Information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond providing the agreed services.



3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share Amazon Information with any third parties for commercial gain. Information may only be shared under the following circumstances:

  • Authorized Logistics Providers: Shipping addresses shared with couriers solely for delivery purposes.
  • Cloud Service Providers: Data is securely hosted with industry-leading providers (e.g., AWS) under strict data protection agreements.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law or in response to lawful government requests.


4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:

  • Data encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
  • Role-based access control and least-privilege principles.

We retain Amazon Information only as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. Data is securely deleted when no longer required, following industry-standard practices.
