Job Description

We are looking for a committed and communicative Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a female graduate with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting sales and customer success initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team, coordinate with clients, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assisting the sales team with backend support and coordination tasks.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls for basic client interactions.
  • Coordinating follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of client communications.
  • Helping prepare proposals, quotations, and documentation.
  • Supporting marketing activities and responding to basic customer queries.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Updating internal reports and maintaining databases.
  • Gathering client feedback and sharing it with relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of customer handling and coordination.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to sales support roles.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
