The initial step involves confirming the project with a 50% payment, followed by an additional 25% when project modifications are delivered. The remaining 25% is to be paid either upon full project implementation or within 30 days from installation. An acknowledgment is provided upon the initial payment, and an invoice is issued upon project completion, detailing all charges. Payments are accepted in cash or by cheque, payable to ‘Eron Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd,’ Coimbatore – 641029. Quotations are valid for 30 days, with the company reserving the right to modify or refuse them after this period. Adherence to this policy ensures a smooth payment process for our clients.

Payment Details

The cost for the services offered by Eron Techno Solution Pvt Ltd. is outlined in the project quotation sent to the Client via email. These quotations remain valid for 30 days. However, Eron reserves the right to modify or refuse to issue a quotation after this 30-day period has passed.

Upon confirming the project , you are required to make an initial payment of 50%. An additional 25% payment is due upon delivery of the modifications. The remaining 25% must be paid either after the project has been fully implemented or within 30 days from the date of installation, whichever occurs earlier.

We provide an acknowledgment for your initial payment

  • This means that when you make the first payment (the initial payment of 50%), the company will acknowledge or confirm that they have received this payment. This acknowledgment serves as a receipt or confirmation of your payment.

We issue an invoice when we hand over your project

  • Once the project is completed and ready to be delivered to you, the company will provide you with an invoice. An invoice is a document that specifies the total amount you owe for the project, including any additional charges or fees. It serves as a formal request for payment.
  • All payments shall be made by online payment, cash or cheque, payable to ‘Eron Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd,’ Coimbatore – 641 029.

  • No Request for Banking Details : We want to emphasize that Eron Techno Solution never requests or asks our customers for their bank account details or credit/debit card information. We understand the sensitivity of this information and respect your privacy.
  • No Storage of Banking Information : Equally important is the fact that we do not retain or store any of your banking information, including bank account numbers and credit/debit card details. Once you provide this information for a transaction, we do not keep it in our records.
